Convergence

Separate, lives in being

coming together

from different paths ---

converging.

Wood and hide, 

of the forest, now round

sticks, now cut, 

skin of wildness, all 

now ready.

Many hands, from many paths,

from our own wildernesses,

many voices, many desires and gifts,

all this, now

ready.

Hands and tools, cutting, shaping,

joining together of the wood, the skins,

the many paths in life, coming

together

to become one,

the creation of a new

essence, a new

voice.

Many voices, 

laughter and joy this day--

many paths,

many hands, 

many experiences,

many forms of being

converging ---

one voice.
